Motu Novu seeks a junior administrative assistant, either with or without prior relevant experience, to help manage administrative and compliance processes, both internally and on behalf of the firm’s clients.
What You Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Motu Novu’s service offering and client base.
- Help manage the inbound and outbound documentation flows.
- Process, troubleshoot, and reconcile operational and accounting transactions.
- Help manage account receivable and account payable processes.
- Help manage payroll processing and statutory HR compliance and benefits.
- Assist with financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax compliance tasks.
What You Need
- Precise, organized, and dependable work methodology.
- Basic (or better!) understanding of double-entry accounting.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA (i.e. US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or valid work visa).
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

- Base Compensation: $30,000/year to $40,000/year salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
