Motu Novu’s Client Coderloop, Inc. announces today that it has been acquired by Gild, Inc., a technology firm based in San Francisco, CA and backed by Globespan Capital Partners. The deal was closed last August 2013.
The transaction amount is confidential, and we will most certainly NOT spill the beans, but we can say in earnest that it was a very, very satisfactory deal, for both sides.
