Steven J. Cagnetta is an attorney and co-founder of Company Counsel. He has been advising entrepreneurs and emerging companies since 1995 and is one of the few rock-star startup attorneys on the East Coast of the United States. His practice areas include entity structuring, financing, licensing, M&A, and general corporate law. He co-founded two companies (Primacea and Healthcare Insights Solutions) both focused on helping medical devices companies bring products to market. He is a former commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy J.A.G. corps, guest lecturer, panelist, and board member at both non-profits and privately-held companies. His personal interests include having done it all, traveling, hiking, biking, skiing, and generally spending as much time as possible outdoors. He lives near Boston.
